The AM1 Techflex, designed by legendary shaper Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a medium sized 5-fin setup in the rake template category. This template features a wide base and a defined tip for the perfect combination of release and drive. The Techflex construction with the flat foil gives this fin a stable feel and gives it the desired speed control in powerful waves. This setup has a smaller center fin than the side fins for better maneuverability.
