We present the Patrik Slalom-X Board.

With the introduction of the new Slalom X discipline in the PWA, we had to rethink our existing board lineup. Slalom is no longer just about maintaining speed on flat water; today, explosive acceleration, control during jumps, and the ability to immediately regain top speed are crucial.

Whether its after landing a jump, during a beach start, or when accelerating out of a jibe, its precisely in these moments that the race is decided. The new Slalom X boards were designed specifically for this purpose.

Thanks to their higher waterline, they offer quick acceleration and better upwind performance without sacrificing the strong upwind capabilities our slalom boards are known for. The result is a board designed for modern slalom courses, fast, efficient, and ready to deliver when every second counts.

SHAPE

OUTLINE
A straight outline from the stern to the center for maximum directional stability and strong jibe performance.

ROCKER LINE
Revised rocker profile with a slight tail kick for maximum control and a higher ride.

VOLUME DISTRIBUTION
The 115 model features increased volume in the front for early planing and powerful acceleration. The 92 and 97 models offer a balanced volume distribution.

BOTTOM SHAPE
The board features a slight V-shape under the rear foot. Between the front footstraps, a double concave with a subtle V-shape provides greater control and a smooth ride. Toward the mast track, the V-shape becomes more pronounced and combines with the double concave and flat sections along the rails.

RAILS/TUCK
Straighter rails in the tail maximize top speed, while rounder rails in the nose ensure smooth and controlled jibes.

DECK SHAPE
The deck is raised in the area of the rear footstraps to provide more leverage on the back foot, thereby generating stronger acceleration and higher top speed. In the area of the front foot, the deck remains flat to ensure that jibes remain controlled and smooth.
