TEC – TORQ EPOXY COMPOSITE
Torq Epoxy Composite delivers high-performance shapes using our state-of-the-art epoxy layup. These boards offer the best balance between lightness and durability. Using our own unique lamination process, were able to incorporate a very strong fiberglass layup consisting of 6oz and 4oz layers in a three-layer deck and a two-layer bottom (with a four-layer rail overlap) combined with high-density EPS foam, while still achieving a board weight comparable to that of a lightweight fiberglass layup.
The result is a lightweight yet very stable board with good flex characteristics and, as with all torqs, an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
