The Twiggy Fiberglass 5-Fin Set, designed by big wave world champion Grant Twiggy Baker, is a large format speed control quad/thruster combination with a ride number of 2.8/2.6.
Developed over several years of research and testing, initially as a thruster, the quad rears were later added to create the ideal big wave fin option for those who want to charge. With a center fin that is slightly larger than the side fins, the Thruster set is Twiggy’s first choice in XXL Surf (25 feet +). The quad option works better when it comes to barrel or down the line surfing. Both sets feature high speed profiles and a solid fiberglass construction that allows the surfer to better control their board while reaching top speeds.
